Tiananmen June 4th vigil in Hong Kong

Hong Kong 06/04/2010 Victoria Park. Young hongkongers are handling candles during the vigil in memory of the crackdown of the democratic protest on Tiananmen square June 4th 1989. A new generation of protesters have emerged in Hong kong, as it was obvious during this evening. Organizers were expecting around 50,000 people but they were around 150 000 and for a large part under 30 years old, with among them chinese students from the mainland. Those young demonstrators were more determined after a week of conflict about the statues "Goddess of Democracy" that the Hk's government has tried to forbidd and the coming vote about universal suffrage that chinese authorities try to delay as long as possible.
