Beijing after "artificially provoked" snowfalls - 2011

Beijingers and tourists are looking at the Forbidden city under snow from the Coal Hill (Jingshan park), feb. 13 after a snowfall that local authorities say they have artifically provoked to fight the exceptional drought in northern China. Snowfalls of feb. 10 and 13 were the latest in winter since 60 years.
