The CRIIRAD (independant laboratory for nuclear raditons evaluation) have denounced uncontrolled rejections in the Flamanville nulcear power plant and the Hague nuclear fuel recycling plant. In 2006 Greenpeace has revealed high radiation activity in a evacuation tube in the sea 30m underwater. The method used is "dispersion" , i.e directly evacuated in the Atlantic and Manche sea a major fishery area.
